Terms of use
Quoted is software that lets anyone create and trade tokens priced in tokenized stocks on the Elysium network. These terms apply to your use of this website and of the Quoted smart contracts through it.
Who can use Quoted
- Quoted is not offered to persons located in, or residents of, the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada. If you use it from there, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, and you alone are responsible for complying with your local laws.
- Quoted is not available to persons in Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria, nor to anyone on a sanctions list. You may not use a VPN or other means to get around this.
- Some quote assets have their own restrictions: xStocks and EQX tokens are not offered to US persons by their issuers.
- You must be of legal age and allowed to use these services where you live.
What Quoted is not
- Tokens launched on Quoted are not shares, are not issued by the companies whose stocks they are priced in, and give no rights in those companies.
- Nothing on Quoted is investment, legal or tax advice. No one at Quoted reviews or endorses the tokens people create.
Risks
- Trading digital assets carries a high risk of losing all capital committed. Prices can move fast and liquidity can be thin.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. Networks, bridges, oracles and wallets can fail or be attacked. Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed.
- Tokenized stocks depend on their issuers, custodians and bridges, and may be restricted, paused or lose their link to the underlying stock. Their issuers can upgrade their contracts. EQX tokens are debt instruments backed by shares, not shares.
Fees
- Creating a pair costs a flat launch fee, currently 0.01 HYPE.
- Each pair has a trading fee set by its creator, between 0.25% and 5%. Half goes to the pair's creator rewards, a third of which buys back and burns the Quoted protocol token; the rest goes to the quote's creator, when there is one, and to the protocol.
- Network gas fees are paid to the network, not to Quoted.
Your responsibility
- You control your wallet and keys and are responsible for every transaction you sign. Quoted never holds your funds outside the smart contracts.
- You are responsible for the names, tickers, pictures and links you publish, and must not infringe others' rights or mislead people.
No warranty
Quoted is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the people behind Quoted are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
Changes
These terms can change. Using Quoted after a change means you accept the new terms. Last updated 30 October 2026.
